Delete your Ruisselo account
Ruisselo is a game by Brightloon. The connected account is optional and pseudonymous: no email or password. Here is how to delete it, along with the data linked to it.
In the game
- Open Ruisselo and go to Profile.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm (internet connection required).
- Wait for the success message. Your local game stays on the device until you uninstall the game.
You no longer have the game
Write to contact@brightloon.com; we reply within 30 days. If you kept the recovery kit, reinstall the game and use its key to recover the account, then delete it. Never send your key or session token by email. Because the account is not linked to any email, without a session or the kit we cannot establish that it is yours, so we cannot delete it on request.
What is deleted
Your account and profile, your progress and online save, the recovery key, the purchase record linked to the account, your results and challenges, your friendships, blocks and reactions, and unhandled reports.
What is kept, and for how long
- Handled reports you made: with no link to you, for at most 180 days.
- Moderation log: at most 365 days, no longer pointing to any profile.
- Backups: erased at most 30 days after deletion.
- Totals with no identifier (games per day, for example): 25 months.
- Emails exchanged with us: 24 months after our last reply.
- Purchases: the history stays with Apple or Google, linked to your store account.
